Return Policy

What is your Return Policy on vintage items?

Please read and understand our final sale return policy before making a purchase:

All Sales Are Final
Due to the unique + often one-of-a-kind nature of vintage items, we do not offer exchanges, store credit, or refunds for any reason other than the item being damaged or defective upon receipt.

Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in inspecting + packaging our vintage items to ensure their quality. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

To report a damaged or defective item, please provide clear photographs of the damage/defect with a description of the issue + contact us at hello@afterall.ca
We will evaluate the case + provide further instructions.

Item Descriptions + Photos
We make every effort to provide detailed + accurate descriptions with photographs of the vintage condition of our items. Please review item descriptions + images carefully before making a purchase - If you have further questions about a piece before purchasing please don't hesitate to reach out! We can offer additional photos upon request.

Refunds
If you receive an approval of a refund we will notify you. All refunds will be automatically refunded through the same method of payment. If you made the payment by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same credit card. If you paid through PayPal, the refund will be processed through PayPal + so on.
Please note - it can take a couple days to for the bank to process + post the refund.
Please allow 3-5 business days.

What is your Return Policy on tile stickers + wallpaper?

We are pleased to accommodate returns within 7 days on all tile stickers + wallpapers. Items MUST be unused.
Please note: samples + custom orders are a FINAL SALE.

Shipping Policy

How long does shipping take?

Shipping Policy

We do our best to process all orders within 3-5 business days. Once an order is in the hands of Canada Post, UPS, Fedex, etc we can no longer guarantee the exact arrival day or time.

We offer delivery in Metro Vancouver for $10 + to the Tri-Cities for $14. Local Delivery happens twice a week Monday-Friday between 9AM-5PM.
Orders will be delivered by a member of our team + we will send a text message prior to delivery to notify you.

Shipping within Canada - please allow 3-7 business days to receive your order.

Shipping outside of Canada, please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your order.

International Shipping - Customs

Afterall is not responsible for customs charges accrued in your country. The shipping we charge covers only the cost we are charged by the postal service to ship your package. Please refer to your home postal service's customs + import standards. 

How long do my sticker tiles or wallpapers take to ship?

Sticker Tiles + Wallpapers

At Afterall, we take pride in creating high-quality, made-to-order sticker tiles + wallpapers tailored to your unique preferences. To ensure the best customer experience, please read and understand our shipping policy:

Production Time
All sticker tiles + wallpapers in our shop are made to order. Please allow 3-5 days for our skilled artisans to create your products.

Shipping Timeframe
Once the production is complete, we will ship your wallpaper using the shipping method you selected during checkout.

Please refer to the estimated delivery time provided at the time of purchase. The actual delivery time may vary based on your location + the shipping carrier's performance.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping. If you are placing an international order, please be aware of any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Expedited Shipping
If you need your wallpaper by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to discuss expedited shipping options and associated costs.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for items lost or misdelivered due to incorrect addresses.

Delayed Shipments
While we make every effort to meet our estimated delivery times, unexpected delays due to weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Returns + Exchanges
Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the wallpaper is damaged or defective upon receipt. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Rentals

Can I rent products for film, photoshoots or events?

Absolutely!! Send us the product name + timeframe you are looking for by filling in the form below.
